On Friday 4th December we invited our parents/carers to join us at school for an assembly. This assembly was a special one as we were showcasing some of the exciting things we learned in our topic about Africa. Each and every one of us was able to stand up confidently and share an interesting fact.
As part of our assembly, we performed a dance to Shakira’s Waka Waka (This Time for Africa). Our weeks of practising had paid off! The dance went really well and we all felt very proud of ourselves. We hope you enjoyed watching our assembly just as much as we enjoyed participating in it.
