P3 have had a great start to the term! Last week we celebrated Friendship week and we really enjoyed learning about and discussing the qualities of a good friend. We worked together as a class to create a Friendship wall and presented it to the school at Assembly on Friday.
We have also started to learn about multiplication. We have been practising our 2,5 and 10 timestables this week using lots of different methods, including equal grouping and arrays. Have at look at what we’ve been up to below.
Our new IDL topic this term is Charlie and the Chocolate factory and we are loving the challenges Willy Wonka sets for us each week. This week we have been learning about and researching the designs of different chocolate wrappers. We then used our research to design some wrappers of our own. We think Willy Wonka will be very impressed, don’t you?
