Borders Book Festival

Today at Waverley Train Station, four children from Preston Street Primary helped to promote the Borders Book Festival. As you can see from the photos below, Lily, Rustum, Stefania and Abdul had a rib tickling day in the company of renowned author Vivian French and comedy genius Oli Bissett.

I am proud to say they were true ambassadors for their school and as a reward, Vivian handed each child a signed book of hers. A big thank you to Vivian and Nicky Stonehill for allowing us to partake in this excellent opportunity.

Have a look at the promotional video and pictures below, which have appeared in various local media today.
